The Bay of Fundy and North Mountain regions of Nova Scotia provide excellent mineral collecting locations, with a focus on the zeolites and associated minerals. A variety of minerals can be found, such as stilbite (ranging in color from golden yellow to chocolate brown), heulandite, analcime, chabazite, gmelinite, natrolite, thompsonite, calcite... and the list goes on.
